ATM Giveaway: Use your TransFund issued debit card to complete an ATM cash withdrawal transaction at any TransFund Automated Teller Machines on or between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 for a chance to win a five-hundred-dollar ($500.00) Amazon or preferred gift card (a “Prize”). One winner will be selected each month during the 2025 calendar year for a total of twelve (12) potential winners.

Alternative methods of entry are described below, no purchase or obligation is necessary to enter to win. A total of twelve (12) five-hundred-dollar ($500.00) Amazon or preferred gift cards (“preferred gift cards”) will be given away in 2025 (the “Sweepstakes”). As an alternative to an Amazon gift card, potential winners may also choose to select the gift card of their choice from www.giftcards.com in the amount of five-hundred-dollars ($500).

Grand Prize Giveaway: Use your TransFund issued debit card to complete an online or in person transaction between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, for a chance to win your pick of one (1) of three (3) potential vehicles for the grand prize. One potential winner will be selected each month from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 for a total of twelve (12) potential grand prize winners. A random drawing will be held in January 2026 to select the grand prize winner. The more times your card is swiped, the more times you will be entered to win. There is a minimum transaction amount of $10.00 and there is no limit to the number of times you can enter. Grand prize winner may also choose an alternative prize of equal or lesser value instead of vehicle.

Alternative methods of entry are described below, no purchase or obligation is necessary to enter to win. Thirteen (13) total prizes valued between $500 and $50,000 will be given away in 2025 for (the “Sweepstakes”). The total value of the grand prize will be determined by the vehicle selected by the winner.

Official Rules

1. Who May Enter: (a) At the time of your entry, you must be at least 18 years of age and be a legal resident of the United States.

(b) Full and part-time employees of TransFund (“Sponsors”), their parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of promotional materials and services (collectively “Sponsor Affiliates”), and financial institution clients of TransFund (“TransFund Customers”), and each of Sponsor Affiliates’ and TransFund Customers’ immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, in-laws and siblings) and persons residing in their homes are not be eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter and Play: (a) NO ACTUAL PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION IS REQUIRED to enter the Sweepstakes. The winner need not to be present to win but must prove eligibility. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries. Current TransFund cardholders (“Current Cardholders”) may play the games hereinafter described below. Persons that do not have a TransFund card (“Non-Current Cardholders”) may also play the games pursuant to the procedures described below.

(i) Automatic Entry ATM Giveaway: To enter the Sweepstakes, a Current Cardholder of a participating financial institution may use his or her TransFund card to complete an ATM cash withdrawal transaction at any of the TransFund Automated Teller Machines. Incomplete transactions are not eligible. There is no limit to the number of times a Current Cardholder may enter using this method. Alternatively, if a Current Cardholder does not wish to make an ATM cash withdrawal as a means to enter the Sweepstakes, the Current Cardholder may enter the Sweepstakes by using the alternative method of entry below.

(ii) Automatic Entry Grand Prize Giveaway: To enter the Sweepstakes, a Current Cardholder of a participating financial institution may use his or her TransFund card to complete a debit or credit card transaction at any online or in-person merchant. Incomplete transactions and those of less than $10.00 are not eligible. There is no limit to the number of times a Current Cardholder may enter using this method. Alternatively, if a Current Cardholder does not wish to conduct a transaction to enter the Sweepstakes, they may enter the Sweepstakes by using the alternative entry method below.

(iii) Alternative Method of Entry: No purchase necessary to enter or win. For an alternate entry, you can complete this online form. Online entries are limited to one entry, per person for the entry period which runs January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.

3. Prizes: Twelve (12) five-hundred-dollar ($500) Amazon or preferred Gift Cards will be awarded during the Sweepstakes. The first drawing will be on or about Monday, February 3, 2025, and there will be one drawing on or about the first Monday of each subsequent month for the remainder of the year for a total of twelve (12) drawings, with the final drawing being held on or about January 5, 2026. Winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries received during the prior month (month period beginning on one the first (1st) of each month and ending on the last day of each month). For example, the drawing held on February 3, 2025 will be from all eligible entries received on and between January 1, 2025 and January 31, 2025. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable week. Winner need not to be present to win but must prove eligibility.

One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded the choice of one (1) of three (3) potential vehicle during the Sweepstakes. Potential vehicles include model year Tesla Model 3, Lexus ES 350 or Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 4MATIC. One potential winner will be selected each month from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 for a total of twelve (12) potential grand prize winners. The first drawing for potential winners will be on or about Monday, February 3, 2025, and there will be one drawing on or about the first Monday of each subsequent month for the remainder of the year for a total of twelve (12) drawings, with the final drawing being held on or about January 5, 2026. 4. Notification of Winners: After each drawing, the winner will be notified by mail at the address shown in the record associated with their TransFund Card, in the case of Current Cardholders, or at the address shown in their mail-in entry, in the case of Current and Non-Current Cardholders. This notification will contain the TransFund 2025 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes Agreement and W-9 for signature by the winner. Upon, and only upon, the winner’s execution and return of the TransFund 2025 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes and W-9 to TransFund, TransFund will, at TransFund’s sole option, either mail the Prize or make arrangements for personal delivery or pick up of the Prize. Winners will have fourteen (14) days from notification to accept the Prize. The sponsors are not responsible for, or liable for, any inaccuracy in any information supplied by any entrant. Allow 8 weeks for delivery of Prize following completion of winner verification.

5. List of Winners: To receive a final list of Prize winners, send your written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “TransFund 2025 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes,” c/o TransFund, P.O. Box 2300, Tulsa, OK 74192. Your written request must be received before noon, Central Standard Time, on February 14, 2026.

6. General Conditions: (a) THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All local, state, and federal laws apply.

(b) By submitting an entry, the winner accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, whose decision shall be final.

(c) All entries become the property of the Sponsors. Sponsors are not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late or misdirected mail entries.

(d) All entries are subject to verification and are automatically void and will be rejected if forged, altered, defaced, tampered with, were generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means, photocopied or otherwise mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, irregularly obtained, or if they contain errors or omissions.

(e) Each prize winner must sign a TransFund 2025 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes Agreement and W-9 before delivering the Prize. The TransFund 2025 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes Agreement is a release from liability and consent to use the winner’s name, picture, likeness, and/or voice for promotional and publicity purposes. Failure to do so will void such winner’s entry and such Prize award will be void

(f) Tax liability, if any, is the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors will file the appropriate forms with the appropriate tax authorities during the month of January 2026, for calendar year 2025, and the winner must certify that he or she is not subject to back-up withholding, or Sponsors will follow the rules requiring back-up withholding.

(g) Sponsors, Sponsor affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (together the “Sponsor Group”) shall not be liable for any inquiry or damage related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants irrevocably release and hold the Sponsor Group harmless from any and all damages and claims of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.

(h) By entering the Sweepstakes, winner irrevocably releases Sponsor Group from any liability whatsoever, and waives any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use of or inability to use, or participation in or inability to participate in Sweepstakes or use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

(i) Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged.

(j) It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsors in writing if the entrant changes his/her phone number or mailing address. To notify Sponsors of a change or address or telephone number, write “TransFund 2025 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes,” c/o TransFund, P.O. Box 2300, Tulsa, OK 74192.

(k) Sponsors are not liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.

(l) By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The laws of each individual state apply to and govern this Sweepstakes, and any claims must be raised and resolved in the potential winners home state. Void where prohibited.

(m) Neither Sponsors, nor any of their affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of promotional materials and services and any other participant in this Sweepstakes shall be liable for any Prize winner’s loss or injury, whether to property, reputation or person, incurred as a result of participating in this Sweepstakes, or using any of the Prizes awarded.
