Client Employee Celebration Giveaway: TransFund will be awarding one (1) partnering financial institution with a client employee celebration event as a thank you for partnering with TransFund. TransFund will fund an employee celebration event on behalf of the winning client and will work with client to plan the celebration event.

Examples of an employee celebration event can be things such as, a day at Frontier City (if Oklahoma based) for all employees to celebrate, catered lunch event with planned activities, tickets to local sporting event or professional sports team event closest to winning financial institution, or however the winning institution sees fit to reward their employees.

Alternative methods of entry are described below, no purchase or obligation is necessary to enter to win. A total of one (1) client employee celebration events in a set dollar amount per employee will be given away in 2025 for (the “Sweepstakes”).

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, TRANSACTION OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION.

1. Who May Enter: (a) Any financial institution currently partnered with TransFund for processing, merchant services, or any other TransFund services that opts-in to the contest.

(b) Full and part-time employees of TransFund (“Sponsors”), their parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of promotional materials and services (collectively “Sponsor Affiliates”), and financial institution clients of TransFund (“TransFund Customers”), and each of Sponsor Affiliates’ and TransFund Customers’ immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, in-laws and siblings) and persons residing in their homes are not be eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter and Play: (a) NO ACTUAL PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION IS REQUIRED to enter the Sweepstakes. The winning financial institution does not need to be present to win but must prove eligibility.

(i) Automatic Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, a participating financial institution must complete and submit provided opt-inform. Incomplete opt-in forms are not eligible. Alternatively, if a financial institution does not wish to complete an opt-inform as a means to enter the Sweepstakes, the financial institution may enter the Sweepstakes by using the alternative method of entry below.

(ii) Alternative Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes to win a Prize, financial institutions may enter by regular mail by printing the words “TransFund 50th Anniversary Client Employee Celebration Event 2025 Entry.” Along with the financial institution name, street address, city, state, zip, and phone number on a 3” by 5” white index card. Mail First Class in a #10 envelope via the U.S. Postal Service to TransFund 50th Anniversary Client Employee Celebration Event 2025 Entry, c/o TransFund, P.O. Box 2300,Tulsa, OK 74192. Each individual entry must be handwritten and mailed in a separate envelope and must be postmarked on or after January 1, 2025, and received by TransFund between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. A limit of one mail-in entry per day, per postmark date, will be electronically transcribed and entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by a script, macro, bot, or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegal, incomplete, or inaccurate are void.

3. Prizes: TransFund will be awarding one (1) partnering financial institution with a client employee celebration event as a thankyou for partnering with TransFund. TransFund will provide a set dollar amount towards an employee celebration event that the winning financial institution will be able to use at their discretion to host a celebration event for their employees and staff.

4. Notification of Winners: After the drawing, the winner will be notified by mail at the address shown in the record associated with their TransFund address of record in TransFund’s database, in the case of Current Financial Institutions, or at the address shown in their mail-in entry, in the case of Current and Non-Current Financial Institutions. This notification will contain the TransFund 2025 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes Agreement and W-9 for signature by the winner. Upon, and only upon, the winner’s execution and return of the TransFund 50th Anniversary Client Employee Celebration Event 2025 and W-9 to TransFund, TransFund will, at TransFund’s sole option, either mail the Prize or make arrangements for personal delivery or pick up of the Prize. Winner will have fourteen (14) days from notification to accept the Prize. The sponsors are not responsible for, or liable for, any inaccuracy in any information supplied by any entrant. Allow 8 weeks for delivery of Prize following completion of winner verification.

5. List of Winners: To receive a final list of the Prize winner, send your written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “TransFund 50th Anniversary Client Employee Celebration Event 2025,” c/o TransFund, P.O. Box 2300, Tulsa, OK 74192.Your written request must be received before noon, Central Standard Time, on February 14, 2026.

6. General Conditions: (a) THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All local, state, and federal laws apply.

(b) By submitting an entry, the winner accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, whose decision shall be final.

(c) All entries become the property of the Sponsors. Sponsors are not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late or misdirected mail entries.

(d) All entries are subject to verification and are automatically void and will be rejected if forged, altered, defaced, tampered with, were generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means, photocopied or otherwise mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, irregularly obtained, or if they contain errors or omissions.

(e) Each prize winner must sign a TransFund 50th Anniversary Client Employee Celebration Event 2025 Agreement and W-9before delivering the Prize. The TransFund 2025 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes Agreement is a release from liability and consent to use the winner’s name, picture, likeness, and/or voice for promotional and publicity purposes. Failure to do so will void such winner’s entry and such Prize award will be void.

(f) Tax liability, if any, is the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors will file the appropriate forms with the appropriate tax authorities during the month of January 2026, for calendar year 2025, and the winner must certify that he or she is not subject to back-up withholding, or Sponsors will follow the rules requiring back-up withholding.

(g) Sponsors, Sponsor affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives(together the “Sponsor Group”) shall not be liable for any inquiry or damage related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants irrevocably release and hold the Sponsor Group harmless from any and all damages and claims of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.

(h) By entering the Sweepstakes, winner irrevocably releases Sponsor Group from any liability whatsoever, and waives any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use of or inability to use, or participation in or inability to participate in Sweepstakes or use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

(i) Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged.

(j) It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsors in writing if the entrant changes his/her phone number or mailing address. To notify Sponsors of a change or address or telephone number, write “TransFund 50th Anniversary Client Employee Celebration Event 2025,” c/o TransFund, P.O. Box 2300, Tulsa, OK 74192.

(k) Sponsors are not liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.

(l) By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The laws of each individual state apply to and govern this Sweepstakes, and any claims must be raised and resolved in the potential winners home state.

(m) Neither Sponsors, nor any of their affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of promotional materials and services and any other participant in this Sweepstakes shall be liable for any Prize winner’s loss or injury, whether to property, reputation or person, incurred as a result of participating in this Sweepstakes, or using any of the Prizes awarded.
