Promotional Giveaway Summary

Use your BOKF, NA, d/b/a TransFund (“TransFund”) issued debit card to complete an online or in person transaction between August 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025 for a chance to win one (1) of the nine (9) prizes described herein (each a “Prize” and, collectively, the “Prizes"). Each week during the Sweepstakes (defined below), one participant will be selected to receive a $250 (two hundred and fifty dollars) gift card. At the end of the Sweepstakes, one participant will be selected to receive a grand prize shopping spree valued at $2,500 (two thousand and five hundred dollars). One winner will be selected each week from August 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025, and the more times your card is used, the more times you will be entered to win. There is a minimum transaction amount of $10.00 and there is no limit to the number of times you can enter.

Alternative methods of entry are described below. No purchase or obligation is necessary to enter to win. Nine (9) Prizes valued between $250 and $2,500 will be awarded in 2025 (the "Sweepstakes").

TransFund Back-to-School Sweepstakes 2025 Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, TRANSACTION OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION.

1. Who May Enter: (a) At the time of your entry, you must be at least 18 years of age and be a legal resident of the United States.

(b) The following categories of individuals and entities are not eligible to enter or win: (1) Full and part-time employees of TransFund, (2) full and part-time employees of any financial institution client of TransFund (“TransFund Customers”) or any parent company, affiliate, distributor, subsidiary, advertising or promotional agency, or supplier of promotional materials or services thereof, or (3) any immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, in-laws and siblings) and persons residing in the homes of any of the foregoing.

2. How to Enter and Play: (a) NO ACTUAL PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION IS REQUIRED to enter the Sweepstakes. The winners need not to be present to win but must prove eligibility. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries. Current TransFund cardholders (“Current Cardholders”) may play the games hereinafter described below. Persons that do not have a TransFund card (“Non-Current Cardholders”) may also play the games pursuant to the procedures described below.

(i) Automatic Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, a Current Cardholder of a participating financial institution may use his or her TransFund card to complete a debit or credit card transaction at any online or in-person merchant. Incomplete transactions and those of less than $10.00 are not eligible. There is no limit to the number of times a Current Cardholder may enter using this method. Alternatively, if a Current Cardholder does not wish to conduct a transaction to enter the Sweepstakes, they may enter the Sweepstakes by using the alternative entry method below.

(ii) Alternative Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes to win a Prize, any eligible entrant may enter online by completing the form linked here. Each individual entry must be received by TransFund between August 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025. An eligible entrant may enter no more than one Online Entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegal, incomplete or inaccurate are void.

3. Prizes: Nine (9) Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes. The first drawing will take place on or about August 12th with a weekly drawing to follow.

Winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries received during the prior week (seven-day period beginning on Monday and ending on Sunday). For example, the drawing held on August 12, 2025, will be from all eligible entries received on and between August 1, 2025, and August 7, 2025. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable week. The winner need not to be present to win but must prove eligibility.

4. Notification of Winners: After each drawing, the apparent winner will be notified by mail at the address shown in the record associated with their TransFund Card, in the case of Current Cardholders, or at the address shown in an Online Entry (as applicable). Such notification will contain the TransFund 2025 Back-to-School Sweepstakes Agreement and, with respect to the grand prize, a W-9, in each case for signature by the winner. Upon, and only upon, such winner’s execution and return of the TransFund 2025 Back-to-School Sweepstakes Agreement and W-9 (as applicable) to TransFund, TransFund will, at TransFund’s sole option, either mail the Prize or make arrangements for personal delivery or pick up of the Prize. Winners will have fourteen (14) days from notification to accept the Prize. Winners who fail to accept their respective Prize within such period shall forfeit their Prize and any expectation of receipt thereof. TransFund is not responsible for, or liable for, any inaccuracy in any information supplied by any entrant. Allow 8 weeks for delivery of Prize following completion of winner verification.

5. List of Winners: To receive a final list of Prize winners, send your written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “TransFund 2025 Back-to-School Sweepstakes Agreement,” c/o TransFund, P.O. Box 2300, Tulsa, OK 74192. Your written request must be received before noon, Central Standard Time, on September 15, 2025.

6. General Conditions: (a) THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All local, state, and federal laws apply.

(b) By submitting an entry, the winner accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TransFund, whose decision shall be final.

(d) All entries are subject to verification and are automatically void and will be rejected if forged, altered, defaced, tampered with, were generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means, photocopied or otherwise mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, irregularly obtained, or if they contain errors or omissions.

(e) Each Prize winner must sign a TransFund 2025 Back-to-School Sweepstakes Agreement and, with respect to the grand Prize, a W-9 before TransFund will deliver the Prize. The TransFund 2025 Back-to-School Sweepstakes Agreement is a release from liability and consent to use the winner’s name, picture, likeness, and/or voice for promotional and publicity purposes. Failure to do so will void such winner’s entry and such Prize award will be void.

(f) Tax liability, if any, is the sole responsibility of each winner. TransFund will file the appropriate forms with the appropriate tax authorities during the month of January 2026, for calendar year 2025, and the winner must certify that he or she is not subject to back-up withholding, or TransFund will follow the rules requiring back-up withholding.

(g) TransFund, TransFund affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (together the “Sponsor Group”) shall not be liable for any inquiry or damage related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants irrevocably release and hold the Sponsor Group harmless from any and all damages and claims of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.

(h) By entering the Sweepstakes, winner irrevocably releases Sponsor Group from any liability whatsoever, and waives any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use of or inability to use, or participation in or inability to participate in Sweepstakes or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

(i) Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged.

(j) It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify TransFundin writing if the entrant changes his/her phone number or mailing address. To notify TransFund of a change or address or telephone number, write “TransFund 2025 Back-to-School Sweepstakes Agreement,” c/o TransFund, P.O. Box 2300, Tulsa, OK 74192.

(k) TransFund is not liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.

(l) By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The laws of the State of Oklahoma apply to and govern this Sweepstakes, and any claims must be raised and resolved in the State of Oklahoma.

(m) Neither TransFund, nor any of its affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of promotional materials and services and any other participant in this Sweepstakes shall be liable for any Prize winner’s loss or injury, whether to property, reputation or person, incurred as a result of participating in this Sweepstakes, or using any of the Prizes awarded.
